The Dept Redevelopment Corporation (DRC) welcomes prospective tenants to the Memphis Depot Business Park (MDBP).

Information that all prospective tenants should know …

• Call (901) 942-4939 to discuss your specifications for an industrial/commercial building or land site. Also, discuss the terms and conditions for leasing.
  
  
• The lease structure is a modified triple net. DRC is responsible for maintaining the roof, foundation, and structural walls of all buildings.
  
  
• No outside storage is permitted.
  
  
• A $.24 per square ft. operation cost fee (OCF) will apply for grounds maintenance, property security, common property utilities and administrative overhead.
  
• Schedule an on site visit of the Memphis Depot Business Park with the DRC staff.
  
  
• Select a satisfactory facility and, if prepared to lease, provide audited financial information.
  
  
• Request a cost proposal and specific leasing information.
  
  
• The Memphis Depot Business Park has 24-hours controlled access and each company must provide its employees with an identification badge and vehicle hang tag.
  
  
• Approximately four to eight weeks are required to complete the leasing and occupancy procedures.
